Returns & Refunds Policy

At Crafty Tinks, each item is made with care and attention to detail.

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on customised or personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
